Hi Honey, I'm Michele, founder of Myshelz. An entrepreneur with a passion for clean eating and living, I'm known by my friends and family as the High Priestess of nutritious and delicious creations. I have a terrific team of partners with food and manufacturing backgrounds.
I eat clean, try to avoid chemicals and all that's artificial and toxic. You are what you consume. So, put good things into your body, and into your life!
Over the years, I have gone through some serious tough times. The ocean has always brought me tranquility. We can learn so much from the sea: Go with the flow, float when you can, don't fight the current, learn to duck and let the big waves roll right off your back.
